Browning School Board Selects Superintendent Finalists
The Browning School Board chose three finalists to interview for the position of Superintendent during a screening of applicants on Monday. “We were impressed with the quality of the applicants and are very excited about the chance to look at the three finalists more closely during the interviews,” said Donna Yellow Owl, Browning Board Chair. “The Board took time to review all of the applications and select a group of finalists that we think will serve us well in Browning,” Yellow Owl said.
The three finalists selected are: Frank No Runner, currently an Assistant Superintendent/Director of School Improvement and K-12 Activities Director in Lame Deer, Montana; John P. Rouse, currently Head of School of the Allen Academy in Bryan, Texas, and Dan Wendt, currently a Superintendent in Troy, Montana.
A public reception is planned for Sunday, April 28 for all of the finalists at the High School Cafetorium from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Interviews will be on Monday, April 29 and are open to the public.
